AI for Judges 2.0
Presented by the CBA Judges Section
Wednesday, April 15, 2026 | 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm ET
This webinar is aimed at judges curious about the use of AI in their courtrooms. On the premise that many judges know what AI is and how it can be used, this seminar will focus on three broad topics. First, what do our ethical guidelines teach us about the use of AI in courtrooms? This section will focus on the ethical guidelines that apply to judges, lawyers, and other justice sector participants. Second, what are the boundaries of acceptable AI use in courtrooms by lawyers and litigants? Finally, how can judges harness AI to work more efficiently?
