Bridging the Gap: The Strategic Product Counsel
In the era of rapid software scaling and AI deployment, the most effective lawyers are an active part of product development. This session is designed for in-house and external counsel who need to bridge the gap between abstract regulations (Bill C-27, GDPR) and shipping code. We will explore how to embed legal requirements directly into the product lifecycle, translate "legalese" into engineering tickets, and foster a relationship where legal is viewed as a competitive advantage rather than a blocker.
