UR Pride Notwithstanding Clause Intervention - Fireside Chat
Hear from the lawyers representing the CBA in its intervention in the upcoming SCC appeal in Government of Saskatchewan as represented by the Minister of Education v. UR Pride Centre for Sexuality and Gender Diversity. In an exclusive fireside chat, Christine Davies and Karin Galldin will discuss the notwithstanding clause, the UR Pride action's procedural history and lower court decisions, and their upcoming SCC intervention. Christine and Karin will also discuss the parallels/distinctions between the other notwithstanding clause cases going to the SCC.
