When the new Enduring Powers of Attorney Act comes into effect on July 1, 2020, the process for making, using and avoiding the misuse of Enduring Powers of Attorney and Health Care Directives will change. Whether you are drafting new documents for a Grantor, advising an Attorney, other family members, health care professionals or Financial Institutions, knowledge of this Act will be important.
