CHAIR: Lexy Smith-Doughty, Office of the Auditor General of NB
Do you have a burning question you have been wanting to ask a Justice of the Court of Queen’s Bench of New Brunswick? A procedural difficulty keeping you awake at night? Wondering how to best address a general or specific situation?
We all have more to learn and those moments when we struggle with inspiration regarding how to handle those challenging situations that arise in all practice areas.
The Honourable Justice Reginald Léger has graciously volunteered to host two (2) separate virtual “Ask Me Anything” Question & Answer sessions in April for the CBA-NB Young Lawyers Section. In addition to his time spent on the Bench, Justice Léger has assisted with the Intensive Trial Advocacy Program. Both general and specific questions are welcomed.
*** Please forward your questions to Ginette Arseneault at ginette@cbanb.com with the subject line “Questions for Young Lawyers Judicial Q&A.” by April 22, 2022. ***
