This panel discussion will review the first major update to New Brunswick’s Business Corporations Act since its inception. This update to the Act permits increased digital interactions for NB businesses, removes restrictions on the provision of financial assistance, harmonizes our BCA with other jurisdictions and reduces regulatory burden.
