(RECORDING)
Impaired driving trials are notoriously complex. From technical procedural arguments to complicated Charter applications, the law is constantly evolving and developing. This presentation brings three expert perspectives to the issue of impaired driving trials: the perspective of a judge adjudicating the trial, the Crown who is prosecuting the trial and the defence lawyer defending the accused, with an aim to providing the audience with an abundance of practical wisdom and guidance on the development of the law of impaired driving. The expert panel will provide in depth guidance that will benefit lawyers dealing with impaired driving files.
