A panel discussion regarding the new, stand-alone legislation which aims at modernizing the 40-year-old Family Services Act, and seeks to promote the interests, protection, participation and well-being of children, youth and their families. The new legislation aims to decrease formality and increase flexibility for court processes, which will improve access to justice.
