SYNOPSIS

Time is a precious resource and the phrase “time = money” certainly hits the mark in the legal profession. Lawyers must field countless emails, calls, and demands from clients, higher-ups, and court officials – not to mention make time for family, friends, health and life in general. In order to meet both their job requirements and personal needs, lawyers require balance in their work lives and the key rests with effective time management skills. This one-hour workshop will strengthen participants’ skillsets when it comes to managing their time and energy.


During this one-hour wellness session participants will:
     •    Explore the concept of time management and deepen their understanding of this skill.
     •    Build awareness of the benefits of maintaining a healthy balance among competing priorities.
     •    Reflect on strategies to improve effectiveness and efficiency.
     •    Discuss tips and techniques to manage time, energy and focus.

SPEAKER

REINE KHANTCHAND
Reine has more than 30 years of experience in various sectors such as Airlines, Call Centers, Automotive, Healthcare, and the financial sectors, to name a few. She has worked in Corporate and Public sectors as well as with Non-Profit organizations.
Reine’s career evolved from sales and professional services to team Leader and manager; from training designer to facilitator and coach. She is as comfortable in one-on-one situations as she is when speaking to very large groups in a conference or workshop setting.
