Brands are navigating a world where political tension, cultural shifts, and rapid technological change can amplify both opportunity and risk. This session examines how trade-mark strategy is evolving as brand identity becomes increasingly tied to public sentiment, global uncertainty, and regulatory scrutiny.
We will explore how counsel can support organizations that seek to protect reputation, manage cross-border challenges, and adapt enforcement and portfolio strategy to stay resilient and relevant. Attendees will gain practical insights into safeguarding brand value when the landscape is anything but stable.
