Real Property Section Meeting

Please join Jamie Whelly, chair of the CBA-NB Real Property Section, during the upcoming MidWinter conference for a Real Property section meeting. This is a joint meeting with the Property Law Advisory Committee. One of the prime purposes of this meeting is to discuss potential professional development sessions for the upcoming year.  

There will also be an opportunity to discuss the effects of the Title Insurance Agency Agreements and Client Consent, and how these may affect client confidentiality.
