Description
Join us for a full-day, in-person CLE focused on strengthening your written and oral advocacy skills, set against the stunning backdrop of Marble Mountain Ski Resort on Friday, February 13.
This practical program will explore advocacy across multiple forums - from administrative tribunals and negotiations to trial, appellate practice, and judicial perspectives. Participants will gain valuable insights into persuasive strategy, effective communication, and sharpening courtroom and written advocacy techniques.
The day includes a keynote address from highly renowned criminal law lawyer Julianna Greenspan (Greenspan Partners LLP), along with six hours of professional development, networking opportunities, and meals included with registration.
