Despite having over 30 years’ experience in the insolvency field both as a regulator and as a practicing licensed insolvency trustee, Francyne still finds time to pursue her favourite pastime, fishing for the “big one” on the Bay of Fundy. A graduate of Dalhousie University, Francyne was called to the Nova Scotia Bar in 2005. Francyne’s insolvency practice focuses primarily on the consumer and small businesses market, touching on many disciplines, particularly family law issues.
