The CBA-NS Family Law Section looks forward to kicking off the 2025-26 Program Year on Thursday, October 16, with dinner and a presentation from Justice Robert Gregan! Justice Gregan will present on contempt and the enforcement of orders, including discussion of enforcing support, property, and parenting orders, as well as police assistance in enforcing orders. You won't want to miss this important discussion and the chance to connect with fellow Family Law Section members and see what the section has planned for this year.
