Can you believe that a decade has passed since the inaugural session of Hot Spots? Yet the practice of pension and benefits law continues to give rise to complex and unique issues. At this half-day program, experts will update pension and benefits practitioners on key developments in the law and regulatory policies.  This program will help practitioners understand how recent legislative changes and court decisions have impacted pension plan sponsors and employees; learn about pension issues in the context of the employment relationship and cross-border arrangements; get a handle on the constantly evolving area of governance and find out what's new in the area of employee benefits.
