With the release of the report of the Truth and Reconciliation Commission and the federal government’s expressed support for “Nation-to-Nation” relationships, there has been much discussion regarding the meaning of the concept of “Nation-to-Nation”, what such relationships should look like, how they are being implemented in practice, and what role the revitalization and recognition of Indigenous laws plays.
