OBA Law Practice Management PROGRAM | 8:30 AM to 9:30 AM
Impeccable client service should be a key foundation of all law firms. However, one of the most underrated aspects of building a sustainable law practice is the building and maintaining of personal client relationships. Join this session to discuss how to:
- Effectively build and maintain client relationships
- How do you set yourself apart from your competition
- Be accessible and responsive
- Keep your clients informed
- Establish a connection by taking an interest in a client’s personal life
- Listen not only to what is said but what is not said
- Visit your clients, understand their business/life
- Request feedback on how to improve your service
- Select the RIGHT CLIENT – you have to be a good fit (ethically). So figure out who your ideal client is
- Understand that an efficiently run firm will lead to quick and accurate response times and help to reduce costs to your client
