- Visit your clients, understand their business/life
- Request feedback on how to improve your service
- Select the RIGHT CLIENT – you have to be a good fit (ethically). So figure out who your ideal client is
- Understand that an efficiently run firm will lead to quick and accurate response times and help to reduce costs to your client
