OBA Education Law PROGRAM | Original Program Date: July 22, 2020

As Ontario continues its phased reopening of the province, questions abound as to what education will look like for students in the Fall. What does meaningful access to education mean in our current times, how will special education accommodation requirements be met and what does accommodation look like for students with immunocompromised members of their family at home?

Join our panelists as they examine these questions and other key legal concerns that will be crucial for both parents and lawyers as children return to school in the Fall, whether it be in-person or virtual.
