OBA Labour & Employment Law PROGRAM | Original Program Date: March 24, 2020

In light of all of the concerns and developments currently facing us as a society, there are many rapidly evolving issues for employers. Health, safety and privacy concerns continue to evolve daily and, in some cases need to be looked at in the context of a remote workplace. At the same time, there are changes to the Employment Standards Act that are being brought in by the Provincial Government. This web panel will discuss your obligations as an employer and respond to questions that you have encountered (or might encounter soon). Whether your workplace is open, remote or a hybrid, you will want to hear from this expert panel.
