All of the provisions of the new Construction Act are now in effect, but lawyers are still navigating how to address the provisions in their day to day practices. Join us for a unique virtual workshop program which will involve small group discussions to review and consider two fact patterns designed to identify and highlight potential uncertainties, ambiguities and pitfalls in applying provisions of the Construction Act. This will be followed by a broader panel discussion with senior practitioners on sound and supportable ways to address issues that may arise in your practice.
