OBA Elder Law PROGRAM | Original Program Date: June 1, 2023

Elder Law Clients are more frequently the victims of third-party fraud incidents, from the grand parent scam to having liens put against their homes. It is crucial that lawyers representing elder clients are aware of the schemes their clients are subject to. They need to be able to advise clients of risks. Lawyers also need to know how to advise clients who have been victims of these schemes.

Join our expert panelists as they lay out what to be alert to and how you can best assist your client.
