OBA Municipal Law PROGRAM | 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM (ET)

Join your colleagues, both lawyers, and Ontario Land Tribunal (OLT) Members, for the OBA’s third Ontario Land Tribunal Think Tank. In this discussion-based program, we will hear about current challenges and opportunities facing the Tribunal and share best practices on virtual hearings, Ontario Land Tribunal processes and procedures, and more. The evening will start with an update from the Tribunal followed by breakout roundtable discussions with OLT Members and legal staff before we return to a plenary session to share the leading thoughts from each group.

The program’s hybrid format will allow lawyers from across Ontario to participate, while also providing an in-person option for those able to travel to the OBA’s Toronto conference centre. A reception for the OLT Members, legal staff, and conference attendees will follow for those attending in person.
