Effective January 1, 2022, changes are coming to Rule 74 of the Rules of Civil Procedure and the accompanying forms to align with the changes to sections 15(a), 16, 17 and 43.1 of the Succession Law Reform Act also scheduled to come into force on that date. These changes come on the heels of Rules changes in April 2021 which established the small estates process.
