SAGDA: A Perspective on the “Use of Preferred First Name and Pronouns by Students” Policy
 

SAGDA is honoured to host Sean Sinclair of Robertson Stromberg LLP to discuss the impact of the government of Saskatchewan’s policy on the rights of gender diverse students. Sean is a member of the team that represents UR Pride against the government in the ongoing constitutional litigation regarding the policy. He will bring thoughtful, informed critique of the policy in addition to his knowledge of the on the ground impact it has caused and may cause in the future.
