Brad Hunter, K.C. is an experienced litigator, who has shifted his focus to the areas of collaborative law, mediation, and arbitration. Brad will discuss the process of arbitration and mediation, provide tips for new lawyers for navigating these areas, and discuss how to guide clients in the direction of alternative dispute resolution.
