Brief Description: The Alberta Court of Appeal sat as a five member panel in the landmark case of Weir-Jones Technical Services Incorporated v. Purolator Courier Ltd., 2019 ABCA 49 to clarify the test for summary judgment in Alberta.  The presenters will discuss this important case and give an update on the test for summary judgment one year post-Weir Jones.
