Synopsis
Andrea Frisby and Laura Peach, both of Legacy Tax & Trust Lawyers, will be providing comments on what tips and traps to consider when drafting trust deeds and wills trusts.
Sara Pedlow of DLA Piper will present a case comment on Boughton v. Widner, 2021 BCSC 325.
