Synopsis
This webinar will explore legal issues arising from transportation accidents, including an examination of the interaction between the Transportation Safety Board of Canada, Transport Canada, as well as counsel for the plaintiffs, defendants and third parties. The webinar will also consider various issues that may arise in response to transportation accidents, including the reporting and investigation of losses.
