The Administrative Law Section is pleased to invite you to a panel discussion on current issues in Professional Regulation and Discipline featuring leading practitioners Angela Westmacott, QC, William Clark and Andrew Gay, QC.

The discussion will provide insight and guidance both from the perspective of disciplinary bodies facing a changing regulatory landscape, and from the perspective of those professionals tasked with navigating that landscape, including specific concerns regarding interim remedies and the publication of a professional's name.
