Synopsis

Please join the criminal and immigration sections for a great two-part panel next Wednesday evening.

In Part I, Eric Gottardi will provide an overview of the extradition system, highlighting key arguments and strategies that can be employed to assist clients with this challenging regime.

In Part II, Frances Mahon will provide some great tips and tricks to ensure that counsel does not unnecessarily interfere with a client's immigration prospects.  Beyond the collateral consequences of a criminal sentence, Frances will explain the importance of coordinating efforts with immigration counsel to ensure the best outcome for their client in both forums.
