Bill C-75 has heralded significant changes to the Criminal Code, Youth Criminal Justice Act, Controlled Drugs and Substances Act, and ten other statutes. Some of these amendments will change the practice of criminal law for defence counsel and Crown Counse alike. Please join us for a panel session about Bill C-75 with Lara Vizsolyi of the Provincial Crown, Todd Gerhart of PPSC, and Kevin Westell, defence counsel.
