Synopsis
Michael Scott is an Associate at Clark Wilson LLP practicing exclusively in Wills, Estates and Trusts. Michael's personable and knowledgeable approach allows him to effectively assist individuals through the difficult aspects of estate planning and administration. Michael works with clients to implement estate plans through the use of Wills, Powers of Attorney, Representation Agreements and all forms of Trusts. Michael further works with Executors, Trustees and Attorneys under powers of attorney to assist them in carrying out their duties in their respective roles.
Aubrie Girou is an Associate at Alexander Holburn Beaudin + Lang LLP. Aubrie's practice focuses on all matters of estates and trusts. She represents clients in litigation dealing with estate, trust, and incapacity matters, advises on incapacity and estate planning, and assists with complex estate administrations. Her experience in litigation and administration directly informs her ability to provide thoughtful and appropriate planning advice.
