The CBABC Human Rights Law, Social Justice and SOGIC Sections invite you to attend a meeting featuring a presentation by Susanna Quail of Allevato, Quail & Roy, Shauna Gersbach of Guild Yule LLP, and E.W. (Heidi) Hughes of the Ministry of the Attorney General (BC) on the BC Human Rights Tribunal’s recent decision in Oger v. Whatcott (No. 7), 2019 BCHRT 58 dealing with discriminatory publications, Charter values and trans rights.
