Please join us to hear Cindy Cheuk, Partner at Dentons Canada LLP, speak about issues that technology companies face with respect to the concept of the "centre of main interest" (COMI) which is a concept used to determine whether a foreign insolvency proceeding is the main proceeding with respect to the debtor company.
