Synopsis
This presentation will provide a general summary on how to handle a products liability claim and will focus on four specific elements common to products liability matters:
1. Conducting a site inspection and product examination;
2. Making and responding to demands for defence and indemnity up and down the supply chain;
3. Understanding a product’s design, manufacturing and field history; and
4. Retaining and instructing experts in products claims.
