Pablo will speak on the recent trends and new opportunities in the Canadian cannabis industry post-October 2018, including examples of new trends in intellectual property protection in Canada.

Speaker Bio
Pablo Tseng is lawyer, patent agent, and trademark agent at McMillan LLP.  His practice primarily focuses on acquiring and commercializing IP rights, patent prosecution, and trademark prosecution.

Pablo is published in both the peer-reviewed scientific and legal literature, and his legal work has been referenced by the Parliament of Canada.  He has also had the honour of testifying before members of the House of Commons on data privacy matters.
