Labour Law Under Short Timelines: Learning, Preparing and Presenting Your Case When Time is Lacking
This meeting is being hosted by the Labout Law Section.

Speaker(s): Delayne Sartison Q.C., Roper Greyell LLP
Craig Bavis, Victory Square Law Office
Time: Monday, December 16, 2019 - 12:30pm - 2:00pm (Pacific Time)
Location: Webinar
CPD Hours: 1.00
Whether it is a Labour Board hearing, a Section 104 expedited arbitration, or an injunction application in Court, labour lawyers are frequently required to prepare evidence and argument on extremely short timeframes. Delayne Sartison Q.C. and Craig Bavis will provide strategies and tips for organizing and presenting your case when you have little time and, as is often the case, limited information. We will also canvass how to make best use of new processes under the BC Labour Relations Code, including the new s. 88.1 conference call.
