Synopsis
Margot Liechti will be presenting on research tips for insurance policy interpretations for coverage opinions, underwriting reviews of policy language and other similar tasks requiring interpretation of the language of insurance contracts.
Speaker Bio
Margot Liechti is an associate at Lindsay LLP. Her litigation practice focuses on insurance and commercial matters, with an emphasis on insurance defence, occupiers liability and environmental contamination matters.
