Mark Meredith of KPMG and Doug Powrie of Teck Resources will present their perspectives on how advisers and clients deal with the GAAR.  The  presentation will cover the planning perspective, the internal client perspective and the tax dispute perspective.

Questions and discussions will be encouraged.
