Lawyers no longer have a monopoly on legal information, self-represented litigants are commonplace, and clients are seeking limited legal services as a result. Unbundling requires a new and different mindset than traditional lawyering, and the next generation is perfectly positioned to lead the way.

We will hear from an exciting panel of four young lawyers with a variety of backgrounds - Arash Ehteshami and Priyan Samarakoone of EQ Law, Mike Stewart of ATAC Law and Ashley Syer of Syer Law. Michael Butterfield of Butterfield Law will be joining us from Victoria to moderate. This session will focus on how to reach newly-admitted lawyers to provide a broader platform of unbundled legal services, barriers for young lawyers in providing unbundled services, and how to get started experimenting with unbundled services as a young lawyer.
