Projects to promote unbundled legal services are starting up across Canada in response to the growing access to justice gap and increase in self-represented litigants. Now in its second year, Ontario's Family Law Limited Scope Services (FLLSS) Project aims to improve access to justice for middle-income Ontarians by increasing the availability of unbundled legal services, including limited scope retainers and legal coaching.

Join us as we hear from Helena Birt, Senior Program Director of FLLSS, about the unique approach Ontario is taking, including integrated research and evaluation, mandatory training for roster members, and a summary legal counsel pilot in Barrie.
