Healthy Eating on the Go (With No Time to Shop or Cook!)
This meeting is being hosted by the Young Lawyres - Lower Mainland Section.

Do you ever want to eat more nutritiously, but find it hard to stick to a healthy diet with your busy lifestyle? 

Local dietitian Manorma Bhate will be hosting a seminar to explain the new healthy eating guidelines, and will also provide tips and tricks to help young lawyers implement these guidelines into their busy, on-the-go lives.

This seminar will be also feature a Q&A component where participants may ask Ms. Bhate all of their burning nutrition questions! Healthy and delicious boxed lunches will be provided from Savoury City.

Ms. Bhate graduated from UBC and brings with her almost 30 years of experience. She has developed programs to help people eat healthy meals which include tours of supermarkets, cooking classes, and most importantly, meal-planning. Her work has also focused in the areas of women's health, heart health, diabetes, and the elderly.
