The Administrative Law Section is pleased to invite you to a discussion on the Supreme Court of Canada's recent landmark decisions in the Vavilov trilogy.

Please join Mary Liston, Assistant Professor at Allard Law, and Gareth Morley, Senior Legal Counsel at the BC Ministry of Justice, who argued Vavilov at the SCC on behalf of the provincial AG, as they provide an overview of how these decisions have altered the nature of judicial review in Canada.
