Conflict: A Paradigm Shift
This meeting is being hosted by the ADR - Nanaimo Section, in partnership with the Mid Island Dispute Resolution Group.

Synopsis

Conflict: A Paradigm Shift. The subject is understanding interests in self and others. The goal is effective communication.

Robin McQueen is a graduate (2015) of the JIBC and the Conflict Resolution Third Party Negotiation program. Robin has coached for the JIBC and is part of a team that facilitates a two day conflict resolution course at Vancouver Island University.

Robin has an MBA and has recently retired from a career as faculty at Camosun College in Victoria. Robin continues term teaching at Camosun in the area of human resource management.

Robin has a social work degree and a held the role of Executive Director for Nanaimo Family Life Association in the 1990's.
