Join us for a presentation of current deal trends through the Organika Health Products case study, a transaction successfully completed in 2019.

Sharing the details of the deal, the presenters will outline the timing, process, and common pitfalls to avoid when selling a company, discuss key valuation concepts and how to prepare a company for a sale, and demonstrate how to see a company through the eyes of a professional buyer.
