POSTPONED | The ABC's of Bail in 2020

Synopsis
Join us this month for an update on all things bail!  Our three engaging panelists will be giving us the low-down on how Myers/St. Cloud and Antic are being interpreted and applied in both Provincial and Supreme Court. Jennifer Horneland is responsible for the bulk of the s. 525 reviews that are conducted in Vancouver and will give us the Crown's perspective.  Rebecca McConchie will provide her take on how the law is being applied at bail hearings and provide practical tips for counsel. Judge Bahen will share with us his perpsective from the bench and provide a list of Do's and Don't's for counsel.
