Synopsis

Join the Charities & Not-For-Profit Law Section for an overview of the various corporate structures that may help facilitate your company’s ESG mission and an analysis of the legal requirements, pros and cons of such structures. We welome featured speakers Dierk Ullrich, Partner at Fasken LLP, and Shanlee von Vegesack, Associate at Fasken LLP.
