Synopsis
Join us for our first meeting after the summer break!
Rosalie Clark and Seema Lal will provide an overview of the current status of COVID-19 related legislation (including the status of amendments made to pre-existing legislation) and COVID-19 related court processes in the Provincial and Supreme Courts and the Court of Appeal. We will also discuss the status of any relevant cases that have considered COVID-19 related delay issues.
