Synopsis
Join Rochelle Collette and Steven Evans as they review significant legislative changes to provincial and federal environmental laws over the past year. Topics will include:
- amendments to the Fisheries Act;
- the Impact Assessment Act;
- BC's Environmental Assessment Act;
- the Canadian Energy Regulator Act; and,
- new and amended laws relating to climate change.
