Children's Views - A Panel Discussion
This meeting is being hosted by the Family Law - Victoria Section.

Please join the Family Law - Victoria Section for a panel discussion on obtaining children's views in a family law setting. The panel will include experienced family law counsel Trudi Brown QC, Director of Cascadia Counselling Eliot Lowey, and Registered Psychologist Dr. Anita Snell. The panel will discuss hear the child reports, views of the child reports, and s. 211 Reports, their benefits, costs, and important considerations for counsel.
